By purchasing or subscribing to any product or service from BIZPROMAX, You agree to this Policy.

This Policy applies to all purchases made through:

  2. Official payment links or authorized sales channels
  3. Digital business identity services, NFC business cards, subscription plans, and corporate solutions offered under the BIZPROMAX brand


3. Digital Products and Services

BIZPROMAX provides customized digital business identity solutions and NFC-enabled smart cards.

Because our products are either personalized or digitally activated, refunds are limited once an order is confirmed or activated.

Please read the refund conditions carefully below.


4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions only:

  1. Duplicate Payment:
  2. If You were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error, the duplicate payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
  3. Order Cancellation Before Production:
  4. If You cancel your NFC card order before printing or customization begins, a partial refund (up to 80%) may be issued after deducting processing and administrative costs.
  5. Service Not Delivered:
  6. If the Service or digital activation was not provided within the agreed delivery period and You have not received any response from our support team within 10 business days, You may request a full refund.
  7. Faulty Product Delivery:
  8. If You receive a defective NFC card or an incorrect product, You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  9. Replacement or refund options will be offered after verification.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  1. Change of mind or user preference after purchase
  2. Incorrect information or design provided by the user during setup
  3. Successful delivery or activation of digital products
  4. Subscription renewal charges already processed
  5. Discounts, promotional codes, or limited-time offers

All custom-made products (such as NFC cards with personal details, logos, or company branding) are final sale items once approved for printing.


6. Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided that production has not yet started.
  2. Subscription plans can be canceled at any time from your account dashboard, but cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  3. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing cycle.

To request a cancellation, please contact support@bizpromax.com with your order ID and registered email.


7. Refund Process

  1. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
  2. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  3. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.


8. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the confirmation:

  1. Check your bank or payment provider again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — processing times may vary.
  3. If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received it, please contact us at support@bizpromax.com.


9. Subscription Services

  1. Subscription renewals are processed automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
  2. You will receive email notifications before renewal for transparency.
  3. To avoid unwanted renewals, ensure that cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the billing date.


10. Exceptions and Discretion

BIZPROMAX reserves the right to review and approve refund or cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as verified technical failures or other unforeseen issues affecting delivery.
